Embark on this 10 day family adventure to Costa Rica; an enchanting escape into nature’s embrace. From the moment you land, vibrant hues of tropical flora and the symphony of exotic birds will welcome you.

Your days will be filled with a mixture of adventure and relaxation, exploring lush rainforests teeming with biodiversity, zip-lining through the verdant canopy, and unwinding on pristine beaches kissed by the Pacific. You will have the chance to encounter wildlife such as sloths, monkeys and toucans as well as fully immerse yourself in the warmth of local culture.

You will start your trip with a stay in a luxury lodge located in the cloud forest of Bajos del Toro; an authentic stay where you can relax and unwind, or partake in a variety of activities offered by the lodge. This authentic, hidden gem is blessed with streams and waterfalls, and flanked by the Poas Volcano and Juan Castro Blanco National Parks. 

You will also stay in Arenal, where you’ll enjoy breath-taking views of its volcano and lake. Arenal offers a myriad of activities to entertain all ages including its sky-tram and sky-walk (zipline). Arenal teems with wildlife and you will have the opportunity to search for sloths at dawn and spot a plethora of wildlife from Arenal’s hanging bridges.  

Finishing along the Pacific Coast, Manuel Antonio enchants with its breath-taking beauty and abundant biodiversity. Here you can visit Manuel Antonio’s National Park, offering glimpses of sloths lazily lounging in treetops, capuchin monkeys swinging through the canopy, and technicolour birds flitting amidst lush foliage.

Take a challenging and so-worth-it hike to reach a pair of Costa Rica’s most magical, azure waterfalls. The vibrant glowing blue colour from the reflections of volcanic mineral content within the water creates a sight to behold and great photo opportunities.

Hanging Bridges, Safari Float & Luxury Picnic

You will be taken for a full day of exploration including an amazing floating safari offering spectacular opportunities to observe a variety of wildlife. You will then walk forest trails and hanging bridges to discover dynamic and complex ecosystems boasting incredible biodiversity.

Sloth Quest

Spend a fun-filled, educational adventure searching for two-toed and three-toed sloths around the Fortuna area and learning about their unique characteristics. While it is hard to predict wildlife behaviour, your chances of viewing this incredibly cute animal increase with multiple visits to their hiding spots.

Sky Tram and Sky Walk

Glide through the rainforest for the best views of the Arenal Volcano and Lake, ziplining through the rainforest, across canyons and sometimes even between clouds. The Sky Tram open-air gondolas rise smoothly over the canopy, offering endless views of the rainforest, while Sky Trek is an exciting zipline circuit over the forest, stretching from mountain to mountain, up to 600-feet high and 2,000-feet long.
