About Craig
I joined cazenove+loyd in 2019 to help run the Board and provide strategic counsel to the Leadership Team. For more than 20 years, I’ve been involved in a mixture of product, technology and customer-focused roles, spending the past 10 in private equity environments specifically. I have a range of experience within the travel and lifestyle sector, from working directly with airlines and building concierge offerings, to leading technology firms as they evolved their customer experience. My role at cazenove+loyd is one of my favourites, thanks to the company’s impressive heritage, destinations and products, its world-class team and commitment to its mantra of ‘always extraordinary’.
