Luxury Seychelles Itinerary

Just You, the Sky and The Seychelles

This archipelago of 115 islands covets a treasure trove of pristine white-sand beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters, and lush tropical landscapes. Our Seychelles itinerary reveals the lesser-known paths to exclusive private resorts, unparalleled natural beauty, and a retreat into a world of opulent seclusion.

While travellers come from around the world to visit the spectacular beaches and warm, crystal-clear waters of the islands, this journey takes guests to some of the planet’s finest and most secluded tropical hideaways.

Starting on the island of Mahe, your private guide and driver will tailor an introduction to the Seychellois, visiting a choice of restaurants, markets, gardens and other points of cultural and architectural interest.

Mahe’s beaches are the glory of The Seychelles, with long stretches of pristine beaches and small coves which you can call your own. Spend a day on a catamaran cruising the islands of the marine park, disembarking and meeting giant, free-roaming land tortoises, before exploring Cap Lazare Nature Reserve and hiking up to a rocky outcrop for a glass of bubbly and a breath-taking view of the sun setting over the Indian Ocean.

The remote coralline outer islands lie beyond the Seychelles Plateau, consisting mainly of sand bays and coral atolls. Here you’ll discover Praslin, a place so special it has been made a UNESCO World Heritage Site, as well as one of the most picturesque beaches in the world, Anse Lazio, and La Digue Island, yours to explore on bicycle at your own pace and rhythm. After all, it’s just you and the blue skies above – in tropical paradise…

ISLAND INSIGHT

Praslin is often referred to as the “Sister Island” of Mahé and is a bit smaller and more tranquil. It’s easily accessible from Mahé by a short ferry ride, making it a popular choice for visitors looking for a quieter and more relaxed island experience.

Itinerary Highlights

Full day private tour of Mahe

Your guide will design a tailored program and route for the day with you, but first stop should be Victoria, the world’s smallest capital, touring the bustling Sir Selwyn Selwyn-Clarke market with its stalls of fresh fish, fruits, vegetables and spices. Also recommended: the Hindu temple, the cathedrals and Clock tower, as well as the Mission Lodge, for spectacular views across West Mahe. After a visit to the Botanical Gardens, sample our much-loved rum at Takamaka Bay Distillery, learning its history and how the rum is made, before visiting the delightful Jardin Du Roi Spice Garden.

Full day catamaran cruise

Discover the treasures of the Marine Park and the rich history the ancestors left behind. Sainte Anne Marine National Park Islands have now become the relics of the Seychelles, forming an important part of the cultural heritage of the Seychellois people. You’ll disembark the catamaran at Moyenne Island to get amongst the free-roaming, giant land tortoises, before lunch at the island’s restaurant, then spend the rest of the day on the catamaran cruising the islands.

Mahe Sunset on the Rocks

Discover Cap Lazare Nature Reserve’s pristine splendour. Hop on-board your personal club car to explore the onsite farm and natural trails – one of which leads to Simone’s Lookout’s breath-taking panoramic view. This is the ideal moment to get back in touch with nature and spend some time with the free-roaming giant tortoises. As the sun descends, you will be guided through an undiscovered trail leading to a magnificent rocky outcrop with a stunning view of the Indian Ocean for golden hour. Sip bubbly while enjoying canapés and local delicacies. You’re going to remember this sunset!

Full day tour of Praslin and La Digue

Discover Praslin with a private guide, stopping first at a place so special it’s a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Take a private transfer to Anse Lazio beach, one of the most picturesque beaches in the world, renowned for its pristine golden sand, crystal-clear water, and impressive granite formations. Finally, La Digue Island by high-speed ferry. Time seems to have stood still here and bicycle is the standard mode of transport. The island is yours to explore for the day, at your own pace and rhythm.
