Highlights

  • Luxury tents: Stay in spacious, African-style safari tents set on wooden platforms, each with a private balcony overlooking the Pacific. Designed for comfort and immersion in nature, they feature en-suite bathrooms, fine linens, and elegant furnishings.

  • Wildlife encounters: Watch giant tortoises roam freely in the surrounding highlands, spot Darwin’s finches from your tent, and embark on guided excursions to see Galápagos penguins, marine iguanas, and sea lions up close. Every experience is designed for minimal environmental impact and maximum discovery.

  • Visit uninhabited islands: Explore the Galápagos archipelago by boat, with expert naturalist guides leading visits to uninhabited islands. Snorkel among reef sharks and manta rays, walk along lava flows, and witness rare bird species in pristine, protected environments.

  • Honest dining: Savour gourmet Ecuadorian cuisine crafted from organic ingredients grown on the property. Enjoy fresh seafood, tropical fruits, and homemade breads, all served in an open-air dining area with panoramic views of the highlands and ocean. At Galapagos Safari Camp, they believe in Honest Dining: carefully crafted tasting menus that combine what is readily available on the islands (and safe to consume without creating additional demand) with Ecuadorian ingredients and recipes. This reduces the waste and pressure of a larger selection, while accommodating any food preferences or dietary restrictions.

  • Adventure experiences: Hike volcanic craters, bike through rugged trails, or kayak along secluded coastlines teeming with marine life. Snorkeling with sea turtles and various  shark species offers an unforgettable glimpse into the Galápagos’ extraordinary underwater world.

  • Sunset views: Unwind in the infinity pool or sip a cocktail from the viewpoint deck as the sky turns shades of pink and gold. With no light pollution, the night sky offers dazzling stargazing, making every evening at the camp a magical experience.
