How to get there

The closest airport to Six Senses Samui is Samui International Airport (USM). From here, the drive takes between 10 and 15 minutes.

If you are arriving to the island by boat, Bangrak Pier is between 20 and 25 minutes away by car, and Nathon pier is a 45 minute drive away.

Are children welcome?

Six Senses Samui welcomes children of all ages, and offers a wide range of activities.

Young guests can try kid’s yoga, learn to play singing bowls, or take part in Muay Thai for young boxers.

Daily Thai traditional games are held on the beach, and creative activities include umbrella painting, napkin folding, thumbprint family tree making, coconut leaf origami, rock painting and smoothie-making.

Older children can also join cooking classes or explore the resort on a sustainability walk at the farm.

Babysitting is available on request and children from one to five years old can order from the infant menu free of charge.

Giving back

Six Senses Samui places environmental care at the heart of its operations. The resort reduces waste, avoids single-use plastics and runs clean-up and awareness programmes with local schools.

Farm on the Hill grows organic produce for the kitchens and teaches regenerative farming. It also hosts the monthly Samui Green Market, supporting local producers and sharing sustainable practices.

The resort engages with the community through beach clean-ups, tree-planting and support for schools and hospitals. It pledges 10 per cent of profits to local initiatives, fostering environmental education and well-being.

What is nearby?

Six Senses Samui sits on the northern tip of the island, with secluded beaches and clear waters. Guests can enjoy kayaking, snorkelling and cycling through the surrounding countryside. The weekly Samui Green Market in Fisherman’s Village showcases local produce, crafts and goods from the resort’s Farm on the Hill.

A short drive takes you to Big Buddha Temple (Wat Phra Yai), with its striking gold statue overlooking the sea. Na Muang Waterfalls offer a peaceful jungle retreat, while Fisherman’s Village provides boutique shopping.
