About Wilder

Born and raised in a remote wildlife research camp in Botswana, I was immersed in nature from the very start. With my father studying African Wild Dogs and my mother running a conservation education program, the bush was both my classroom and my backyard. My upbringing gave me a deep appreciation for the wild places of Africa and the people who protect them. After finishing school in South Africa, I moved to North America, studying science at McGill University and travelling extensively across North America. Along the way, I’ve worked in conservation, hospitality, and community outreach, always drawn to roles that foster connection—between people, wildlife, and new experiences. Now, I’m excited to take the next step in my journey, channelling my passion and knowledge into a career that shares the magic of Africa with others.
