I work as a Finance Assistant, where I focus on the detail and organisation behind the scenes. But, outside of work, travel has always been a big part of my life. Some of my earliest trips were to India, visiting Delhi and Kolkata at 11 and again at 16. Those experiences gave me a real appreciation for different cultures from a young age and sparked my interest in exploring more of the world. That said, Morocco is the place I keep going back to. I’ve visited 14 times and have been lucky to explore many of its best-known cities. Tangier is my favourite for its laid-back coastal feel, while I also love the charm of Rabat, the energy and colour of Marrakesh, and the modern buzz of Casablanca. Each trip feels different, and there’s always something new to discover. I enjoy planning trips almost as much as taking them: finding the best spots, understanding what makes each place special, and helping create memorable travel experiences along the way.

Just returned from…

Morocco

If I could only ever travel between England and one other country, it would have to be Morocco. The food markets and souks are a great place to start – there’s nothing quite like wandering through a medina, picking up fresh spices, and sitting down to a proper slow-cooked tagine. But what keeps me coming back are the people and the family (my wife is from Kenitra!) I’ve found. Each place has its own story, and the more you explore, the more you find. No two visits are ever the same.

NEXT DESTINATION IS…

Nepal

My favourite animal is a tiger, so the Asian jungle is next on my list. Chitwan National Park is one of the best places to see one in the wild, and the idea of spotting one on safari is something I’ve wanted to do for ages. And Nepal has so much more to it than that. Being in the shadow of the Himalayas and knowing you’re quite literally at the top of the world is something I find hard not to be excited about, and the history and culture, from the ancient temples of Kathmandu to small-town traditions, is something I’d love to learn more about.
