How to get there

The easiest way to reach Roho ya Selous is a light aircraft flight, this takes between 2-3 hours from Arusha and you land around 15 minutes drive from the camp.

Are children welcome?

Children aged 5 and above are welcome at Roho ya Selous, although families with children under 12 are required to book a private safari vehicle, allowing for flexible game drives tailored to their interests and energy levels. While there are no dedicated children’s programs, guides adapt activities to engage young explorers, introducing them to tracking, wildlife conservation, and the unique ecosystem of Nyerere National Park.
