Superbly well organised and thorough. C&L certainly understood us as a family and, as a result, managed to tailor everything to us. We had a last minute change of plans due to weather and C&L were on-hand to adapt/change our onward travel extremely quickly and without fuss.

We recently returned from the most extraordinary trip to Kenya, and we cannot thank Melissa and her team enough for crafting such an exceptional experience. Melissa tailored the entire journey to our preferences, and it truly checked every box we had hoped for – from exploring the vibrant city to witnessing Kenya’s incredible wildlife, and even relaxing on stunning beaches. Every attraction and accommodation she selected exceeded our expectations, making this trip a dream come true.

From the moment we touched down at Nairobi International Airport, everything was perfect. The immigration process was seamless, and we were warmly greeted by the local staff, who were incredibly helpful and friendly. Their attention to detail was remarkable, ensuring we were comfortable and well-informed throughout.

One of the most incredible aspects of the trip was how effortless it was for us. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing – no planning, no stress. We were able to fully relax and immerse ourselves in the experience, trusting Melissa and her team completely. It’s rare to find such peace of mind on a holiday.

The transportation was smooth and luxurious at every stage. From city to city, we travelled comfortably, and the quality of our vehicles was noticeably superior to others. We truly felt well cared for.

Mind Blowing Mexico!

Karen was a wonderful help and mine of information leading up to our Mexican trip. Nothing was too much bother, every aspect of our holiday went beautifully and we were so grateful for all her hints and recommendations. She was always cheerful, enthusiastic and helpful whenever we spoke and I wouldn’t hesitate to use Cazenove and Loyd again.

Zambia and Namibia
