Thank you not only for planning an absolutely unforgettable anniversary/birthday vacation, but also for your kind and thoughtful message today. It means so much to us that you remembered our special day and reached out with such warmth. Your attention to detail throughout this whole process has been incredible. Every part of the trip felt so carefully curated and perfectly suited to us. You have such a gift for what you do, and we feel so lucky to have had you at the helm of this adventure. Thank you again for everything. We’re already dreaming about the next trip!

Every aspect of the trip – hotels, guides, tours – was beyond enjoyable and made for a memorable experience. You were right about the volcano being strenuous (probably beyond our capability) but we made it with the help of excellent guides and horses! Thanks again for a wonderful experience.

We were looked after so well by everyone during our stays. The staff and guides everywhere we went were so friendly and went out of their way to make our trip special.

I left everything up to cazenove+loyd and they didn’t miss a thing. The airport guide and all the drivers were waiting for us when we needed them. The lodging was excellent and we had a wonderful trip.

All plans were implemented and pulled off without any issues! As usual, I am always impressed with cazenove+loyd’s knowledge, follow-up and attention to details. There wasn’t a single hitch in a two-week South American trip. Thank you for another great experience.

Absolutely amazing. Loved the experience from A to Z. All the guides without exception and drivers were knowledgeable, super friendly and always open and attentive to my desire. The accommodations were up to my expectations and beyond. Special attention and surprises were offered throughout the trip. This was a well-curated itinerary and I can’t thank you enough for that.

Superbly well organised and thorough. cazenove+loyd certainly understood us as a family and, as a result, managed to tailor everything to us. We had a last-minute change of plans due to the weather and the team were on hand to adapt and change our onward travel extremely quickly and without fuss.

We have never been so well looked after by any travel agency. They had outstanding knowledge of the area and the attention to detail was second to none. Even though it was the Christmas period, they were always reachable and on hand to sort out any issues.

Our trip was seamless from start to finish. We had no concerns or second thoughts for the week we were away. Peace of mind (and good ideas) are the primary reasons we keep going back to cazenove+loyd.

It was more than a holiday. It was a life-changing experience. Thank you.
