How to get there

You can fly from Lima into either Jaén or Chachapoyas Airport. From Jaén, it’s a 4-5 hour drive to Cocachimba, the closest village, while from Chachapoyas, it’s about 1.5-2 hours. Once in Cocachimba town, you can hike or arrange a mule ride to Gocta Natura, with the hike typically taking 1-2 hours through scenic trails in lush rainforest.

Are children welcome?

Yes, children are welcome. The property is family-friendly with activities like guided hikes and wildlife watching, but be mindful of the altitude and physical demands of some of the trails, which might be challenging for very young children.
