OUR FAVOURITE TIME TO VISIT

The best time to visit Skardu really depends on what you want to do. If you’re there to hike, explore the turquoise lakes, or wander the Deosai Plains in full bloom, summer (May to September) is perfect, with mild temperatures and clear skies.

If your goal is winter adventure, snow-covered landscapes, or heading north for snow leopard expeditions, November to March offers a quieter, more dramatic experience – just be prepared for cold!
