Five are located in the main house — including an ultra-luxurious master suite with a stone-built bathtub and sweeping sea views. The three guest houses — Garden, Vineyard, and Church — each feature their own living spaces and kitchenettes, offering added privacy and character. All rooms are air-conditioned and feature TVs and seating areas.
Sleeps: Comfortably accommodates up to 18 guests using roll away beds and sofa-beds in addition to the king beds in each room.
Pool & Spa: A large private ‘beach-style’ pool sits at the heart of the estate, surrounded by sun loungers, shaded daybeds, and gardens filled with bougainvillea and olive trees. The Jacuzzi bath in the master suite adds a touch of indulgence.
Features: Villa Kissos offers smart home technology, fully equipped indoor and outdoor kitchens, multiple shaded dining terraces, a traditional wood stove BBQ and stone-built oven. There’s also a private chapel, landscaped gardens, and plenty of lounge spaces for private moments or social gatherings.
Staff: Daily housekeeping is provided by two staff members between 10:00 and 18:00, ensuring a seamless and relaxed stay.
