Giving back

Kalepo is truly integrated into the local community. Storn and Rob have lived in this region for many years and the lodge was build with input from the locals. Their vision is to generate economic and social benefits for the local community with meaningful conservation outcomes. Working with key partners such as Ewaso Lions, MPALA and San Diego Zoo they are making a real difference in protecting species in the area.

Why we love Kalepo Camp

For a truly exclusive experience in a remote corner of Kenya there is nothing that comes close. Storm and Rob have created something really special here and their relationship with the local Samburu people adds such depth to it all.
