Luxury Wellness in Sri Lanka

Discover the Peace of Sri Lanka

Sri Lanka may be best known for its sandy coastline and tea plantations, but the spectacular interior offers incredible peace with a focus on Wellness away from the hubbub of everyday life.

Embark on our week-long escape, perfect as a standalone trip or as an addition to further exploration in Sri Lanka, India or the Maldives. This itinerary is designed to immerse you in the Sri Lankan countryside with unique experiences that will create memories for life.

The first stop on this itinerary is to explore the Cultural Triangle which lies right at the heart of this tear-shaped island. Standing tall in the centre of this is Sigiriya Rock riding dramatically from the surrounding jungle. Climbing this UNESCO World Heritage Site is a journey through time and nature where ancient frescoes adorn the rock face and monkeys chatter overhead. It is the perfect way to separate yourself from the modern world at the start of this journey.

While in the Cultural Triangle, it is the perfect time to visit a local market with a chef before a lesson on how to prepare the fresh ingredients you purchased to create healthy meals you can recreate at home. Before you move on you will also have the chance to receive a monk’s blessing at the beautiful Pidurangala Temple which is believed to date back to the first or even second century BC.

The itinerary will then take you south and west to a Wellness Retreat hidden among the mountains and surrounded by tea plantations. Here you can spend your days hiking through forests of rubber trees searching for cinnamon and tea along the way or you can focus on the yoga, fitness and luxury wellness programs offered at the hotel.
