Luxury Mexico Itinerary

Cities, Heritage + the Caribbean Coast

This journey through Mexico has been carefully designed to capture the country’s cultural richness, artistic spirit and coastal ease. From Mexico City to San Miguel de Allende and on to the Mayan Riviera, you will stay at some of the finest hotels and travel with our most trusted guides.

Begin in Mexico City, where you step into its thriving arts scene. See Diego Rivera’s murals, explore Frida Kahlo’s ‘Blue House’, and walk through Aztec ruins and colonial squares with an expert guide. Evenings might bring performances such as the folkloric ballet at the Palacio de Bellas Artes.

Travel by private car to San Miguel de Allende, a UNESCO-listed gem in the colonial highlands. Wander cobbled streets lined with galleries and baroque churches. Visit independent studios and hear stories about the city’s revolutionary past. The pace is gentle, with time to enjoy the town’s pink-hued churches and lively plazas.

The final chapter unfolds on the Caribbean coast at Esencia, a boutique retreat once home to a duchess. Here, life slows. Spend days by the sea, swim in sacred cenotes, visit the Mayan ruins at Coba or snorkel on the reef. For wilder adventures, head into the Sian Ka’an Biosphere Reserve.

This is a journey of contrast – from city energy to colonial charm and barefoot beachside bliss – seen through a truly local lens.
