It was the stories that my great uncles, who emigrated to what was then Rhodesia, told me as a child that inspired me to discover what Zimbabwe was all about. I set forth in my 20s, which proved the beginning of a lifelong love affair with Africa, and in the time since Susie Cazenove and I founded cazenove+loyd 30 years ago, I’ve had the joy of discovering many other parts of the world. Travel has been my whole life; the thrill it brings is as intense today as it was on my first journey, and sharing my love of incredible destinations with our clients is an ongoing privilege.
