Sustainable travel

Dahabiyas such as Nawara operate on the Nile using a combination of sail and auxiliary motor, which can reduce reliance on continuous engine use compared with larger cruise ships.

Why we love Nawara Nile Cruise

We love the Nawara Nile Cruise for its traditional dahabiya style and slower pace along the river, offering a more intimate way to experience the Nile between Luxor and Aswan, with time to take in both the journey and the extraordinary sites along the way.
