No ski lifts here, it’s climb and ride, but the reward is in the speed, the views and the sheer novelty of surfing some of the world’s oldest sand.
Tracking rhino on foot in Ongava, near Etosha, is a rare and humbling experience. Led by expert guides and trackers, you’ll follow subtle signs through the bush in search of these powerful yet surprisingly quiet creatures. The reserve is home to both black and white rhino, and seeing them up close, on their terms, brings a new perspective to conservation. The elusive leopard
Spotting leopard in Okonjima is both thrilling and purposeful. Using radio telemetry, expert guides track individuals that roam the reserve’s varied terrain. Sightings often happen at close range, offering an incredible view of these elusive cats in their natural environment. Because Okonjima is also a centre for big cat research, each encounter carries meaning, contributing to ongoing conservation work while giving guests rare access to truly wild behaviour.
