Waste management & food sustainability – Fairmont Pacific Rim has adopted the Orbisk Food Waste System, a technology that tracks and analyses kitchen waste in real time so the culinary team can reduce overall food waste and adjust purchasing and preparation accordingly.
Guest engagement & transport – Guests are encouraged to lower their own footprint through options such as a fleet of electric and cruise bicycles for exploring the city and electric vehicle charging stations onsite.
