How do we get there?

To reach Gangtey Valley in Bhutan, you would typically begin by flying into Paro International Airport, Bhutan’s sole international airport. From Paro, a scenic drive of approximately 4 to 5 hours through winding mountain roads and picturesque landscapes will take you to Gangtey. Alternatively, you can fly to the domestic airport at nearby Bathpalathang in Bumthang District and enjoy a scenic drive of about 3 to 4 hours to Gangtey. The journey offers breathtaking views of Bhutan’s Himalayan scenery, quaint villages, and occasional glimpses of traditional Bhutanese architecture.
