Southern Ocean Lodge is easily one of my favourite hotels in Australia. The panoramic ocean views take your breath away, the food is excellent and beautifully showcases South Australia’s amazing produce, and whilst on island, you can expect to see lots of Australia’s most-famous critters, including Australian sea lions, koalas, and Western grey kangaroos.
